Pi Durable Platformdocs

Your personal workspace

The one-person team Pi Durable Platform gives each person who signs in, what it can deploy, its limits, and who else can see it.

While platform admins have them turned on, Pi Durable Platform gives everyone who signs in a personal workspace: a team of your own, with you as its only member. Choose Personal in the team switcher to open it.

What it holds

  • Agents you deploy from the catalog. A personal workspace has no templates of its own.
  • Models and MCP servers that platform admins offer to personal workspaces. If your administrators allow it, you can also add model providers and MCP servers of your own, for this workspace only (see Team models and Team MCP servers; they work the same way).
  • Usage and Settings, with the workspace's audit log.

It has no other members, invites or service accounts.

An app you connect with OAuth Connect usually creates your agents here. They are yours: you can rename, change or delete them in the console like any other.

Limits

The Overview shows the workspace's limits and how much of them you use:

  • Max agents: how many agents it may have (5 by default). Agents that apps created for you count too.
  • Max running at once: how many may be awake at the same time (2 by default). Waking another is refused until one hibernates.
  • Monthly budget: recorded, not enforced yet.

Platform admins set the defaults for everyone and can change them for one workspace. When you reach a limit, delete an agent, or wait for one to hibernate (10 idle minutes by default), or ask your administrators.

Who can see it

Only you use its agents and read its conversations. Platform admins and auditors can audit it: they see its agents' settings and status, its usage and its audit log, never conversation titles (they read "Title hidden") or content. They can't use or hibernate your agents. A platform admin can open one conversation only by giving a reason, and that read is recorded in your workspace's audit log, where you see it. See Reading conversations.

If personal workspaces are turned off

No new personal workspaces are created. Existing ones stay; platform admins can archive one to make it read-only.
