Members and roles
Adding and inviting members of a Pi Durable Platform team, the four team roles and what each can do, owners, and leaving a team.
A Pi Durable Platform team has people with one of four roles: owner, admin, editor or member. Open Team settings › Members.
Add someone
Owners and admins choose Add member, enter the email address the person signs in with and pick a role.
- If they have signed in before, they're on the team at once.
- If they haven't, they get an invite. They join the team when they first sign in. Open invites are listed under Open invites and expire after 30 days; Revoke invite cancels one.
The platform doesn't send email: tell them yourself.

Nobody on a team can rename, archive or delete it: platform admins do. A team always keeps at least one owner.
Service accounts have a role too, member or editor: see Service accounts.
Change a role or remove someone
Open the person's row in Members. Admins can change and remove anyone but owners; owners can change anyone, including making someone an owner (Make owner). Remove from team… takes away their access at once, including for apps they connected and their personal API keys.
Leave a team
Team settings › General › Leave team. If you're the only owner, make someone else an owner first.
Platform staff on your team's pages
Platform admins and auditors who aren't members can open your team's pages, with a notice that they're viewing it as platform staff. Since v0.1.1 that includes Agents: they see each agent's settings, status and usage, read-only. They can't test, change or hibernate your agents, and they can't read conversations, with one recorded exception: a platform admin can read a conversation by giving a reason, which goes into your team's audit log. Titles of private conversations are hidden from them. See Reading conversations.
