Running a team

What a team owns in Pi Durable Platform, the team's pages in the console, and who does what.

A team in Pi Durable Platform owns its agents, its templates, its service accounts, and optionally model providers and MCP servers of its own. Its members test the agents in the console; its apps reach them through the API.

Platform admins create teams and name the first owner. If your platform set up a request form, Home links to it as Request a new team.

The team's pages

Choose the team in the team switcher. The sidebar then lists the team's pages; you see the ones your role allows.

Who does what

  • Members use the team's agents and see its members, service accounts, models, MCP servers, usage and limits.
  • Editors also deploy and change agents and write team templates, and read the audit log.
  • Admins also delete agents, manage members (not owners), service accounts and keys, and the team's own providers and MCP servers, and ask to publish templates.
  • Owners also manage other owners.

The full table is in Members and roles.

Archived teams

Only platform admins rename, archive and unarchive teams. An archived team is shown as Archived (read-only): it takes no new agents or templates, its members and service accounts can't be changed, and its service accounts' keys don't work until it is unarchived.

Limits

A team may have up to 50 agents made by hand (service-managed agents don't count), 100 service accounts, and 2 active keys per service account. See Limits.
